Silver support is an entry level offering designed for storage network environments that operate primarily during standard business hours. Gold support adds 24x7 support coverage, required by IT organizations providing 24x7 operations support. Platinum support is tailored for mission-critical operating environments that require the highest level of support, including a four-hour parts replacement service.

MyPanasas is an online personalized interface included with all Panasas Support offerings. It offers users the freedom to easily access support resources anytime, anywhere. In addition to providing one-click access for submitting service requests, MyPanasas also offers access to custom software downloads and a robust knowledge base to assist with technical issues.

SecureDisk and SecureBlade Services

For the majority of users, Panasas Silver, Gold and Platinum support services satisfy most data center requirements. However, should the environment contain sensitive data demanding a high level of confidentiality and security, SecureDisk and SecureBlade services are available that can be added to Silver, Gold or Platinum Support to fulfill classified data center needs. The Panasas services team brings many years of operational support experience in highly secured environments and is well versed in understanding secure installations.
