Panasas Channel Leader Recognized as 2017 CRN Channel Chief
Philip Crocker named Channel Chief for second straight year after Panasas channel momentum spikes
SUNNYVALE, Calif – February 21, 2017 – Panasas®, the leader in performance scale-out network-attached storage (NAS), announced today that CRN®, a brand of The Channel Company, has named Philip Crocker, director of global channel marketing and sales enablement, to its prestigious list of 2017 Channel Chiefs. This marks the second consecutive year that Crocker has been named a Channel Chief.
Under Crocker’s leadership in 2016, Panasas doubled the size of its Panasas Accelerate Partner Program to 130 partners. In addition, channel revenue grew from 60 percent of total revenue in 2014 to 79 percent of revenue in 2016, with the biggest gains being made in the critical federal government, manufacturing, and media and entertainment verticals.
