Barbara brings more than 20 years of sale and sales management experience to her role as Vice President of Worldwide Sales at Panasas. Most recently, Barbara was Area Sales Manager for EMC Corporation where she oversaw more than 100 enterprise accounts and closed EMC’s largest integrated U.S. services solution sale in 2004. Prior to joining EMC in 2002, Barbara was the Senior Director of Sales for Slam Dunk Networks, Inc. where she closed the largest sale for the company and managed field and inside sales resources. Barbara’s background includes the role of Vice President of Sales and Business Development for OneSpot, Inc. which was purchased by HP in 2001 and Regional Sales Director for Silicon Graphics, Inc. At Silicon Graphics, Barbara led the highest revenue generating region in the U.S. and achieved the President Club four consecutive years. Barbara’s 15 year tenure at Digital Equipment Corporation involved progressive sales management positions including global responsibility for Bank of America.

Barbara earned her Bachelor’s of Science degree in Industrial Management from Purdue University and completed the Stanford Executive Program at Stanford University.
